Then you will be given a few minutes of privacy to undress to your level of comfort. You will be fully draped in sheets and a blanket for the duration of the session. Take a moment to relax; the therapist will knock before entering the room again. Feel free to openly communicate if you would like to change the pressure, temperature, music, or have a drink of water. This is your time to relax!

You will be properly draped at all times. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. You and the practitioner will discuss the desired outcome of your session. This will determine which parts of your body require massage.
