Andrea Cain founded Releaf in 2012. She received her massage therapy certification from HACC in 2010 and has been full time in the field since. Andrea received a B.A. in Psychology at Coastal Carolina University and completed first track of Master's Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.
Andrea's initial inspiration for massage therapy developed after an auto accident in which therapeutic massage was a key factor to her recovery. Her experience enhanced her passion of health, as well as helping others.
Her educational background and experience continually help her develop individualized treatments unique to client's needs, from neuromusucular therapy to rehabilitative massage. She is PA licensed and a certified member of ABMP. She developed Releaf Massage Therapy into a successful and growing practice that aims to provide clients with natural relief from pain caused by injury and/or everyday stressors.
Andrea is available for appointments Monday 9:00-7:00 & Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00-3:00.
Holly Freireich, LMT PA-MSG009593
Holly Freireich joined Releaf in 2015. She has extensive knowledge of the body and biomechanics with her previous experience of over 20 years as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has been in the massage field for 5 years and is proficient in sports, swedish, deep tissue, and rehabilitative therapy.
Holly is available for appointments Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-6:00.
Nicole Fortney PA-MSG011662
Nicole Fortney completed the HACC Massage Therapy certificate program in 2017. She has experience as a Caregiver to older adults and children. Her background is in Applied Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She utilizes the techniques of Swedish Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage for the in-tact lymph system, and Comfort Touch Therapy for the medically frail to relieve pain and increase body awareness.
Emily became a certified Reiki Practitioner in 2008, and a Reiki Master in 2009. This healing work led them into studying massage therapy. They attended the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in King of Prussia in 2010. Emily became a PA Licensed Massage Therapist in 2011. They’ve practiced massage and Reiki hand in hand from the beginning of their massage career. Emily offers comprehensive massage therapy and energy work focused on the client. They use their intuitive abilities, knowledge, and experience to help clients feel comfortable in their bodies. By using massage and energy healing Emily helps bring clients into a peaceful and relaxed state. They offer a safe, accepting space for folks to heal and feel safe in their bodies. Emily believes in body positivity, and that all bodies deserve to be respected and receive massage therapy without judgment.
